1. Program description. Just Ryt Foods Text Ordering is operated by Just Ryt Foods, Inc. It lets our customers text orders, order changes and questions to (954) 532-4136. We reply with order confirmations, delivery updates, product availability, and responses about your account. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. How you opt in. You opt in by texting our ordering number, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our new-account application or by telling your sales representative. When you first opt in, we send a confirmation message.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your orders and requests.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP to (954) 532-4136 at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text START.
6. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@justrytfoods.com or (954) 532-4136.
7. Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Orders by text. An order placed by text is not final until a Just Ryt Foods representative confirms it. For urgent or same-day changes, please also call (954) 532-4136.
9. Eligibility. You must be the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder's permission to use it.
10. Privacy. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Changes. We may change these terms or end the program at any time. We will post updated terms on this page.
